"How Sweet It Is!" had its' beginning in 2006 making and delivering great food locally. Building upon 22 years of experience in professional kitchens and partly driven by filling a role I didn’t see anyone else taking I wanted to make positive changes by offering a healthier alternative to traditional food delivery services in the area.
Today we remain true to this role and to ingredients in season and as much as possible to use local products from trusted vendors.
My cooking is mixed in with my American heritage and my worldly travelling experiences sought out from my love & curiosity of food & cultures.
How Sweet It Is!—no matter what it is—always comes back to chasing very authentic, delicious flavors.
